Hi, I’m David.


My journey into fitness started over 10 years ago. Back then, I was far from the strong and confident person I aspired to be. At just 65 kg, I was slim and lacked muscle, but I was determined to transform my physique. Like many beginners, I jumped in without much knowledge, often copying routines I found online or what others were doing at the gym. While I made progress, it was slow and inconsistent, and I quickly realised that to truly succeed, I needed to understand the fundamentals of training and nutrition.


Over the years, my fitness journey has been one of ups and downs. I’ve gone through phases of trying to bulk up, cutting weight, and experimenting with different training styles. I’ve made my fair share of mistakes—overtraining, under-eating, and following cookie-cutter programs that didn’t fit my needs. But every setback became a lesson. Through persistence, I began to learn what works, how to train effectively, and the critical role of proper nutrition.


A turning point in my journey came when I suffered a major back injury. This forced me to rethink everything I knew about fitness. Heavy lifting and traditional gym routines were no longer an option—they put too much strain on my spine. That’s when I discovered the power of variable resistance training with bands. Not only did this approach provide a safer way to build strength, but it was also incredibly convenient. I could work out anywhere—at home, while traveling, or even in small spaces—without sacrificing results. The more I used bands, the more I realised their potential to reshape how people approach fitness, especially for those with busy lives or physical limitations.


That experience is what inspired me to create the Fitable Workout System. I didn’t just want to offer a product—I wanted to provide a complete fitness solution. That’s why we have developed training programs and meal planning tools to complement the system. To me, selling just the product would be like handing someone the keys to a car without providing a map or sat-nav. My goal is to make fitness as straightforward and accessible as possible, empowering you with the tools, knowledge, and guidance you need to succeed.

My fitness journey has been a long and transformative process. Despite being a qualified personal trainer for years, I hesitated to start working with clients until 2021. I held myself back because I didn’t feel I looked good enough, and this lack of confidence was rooted in my own struggles with weight and body image.

Over the years, I also struggled with an eating disorder. It wasn’t until I fully embraced the gym and adopted a balanced approach to fitness that I began to heal. Training helped me overcome my eating disorder and transformed my mental health, providing the clarity, confidence, and resilience I had been searching for. Like many,


I have also battled with weight gain—initially working to shed excess weight but then losing too much as I fell into the trap of unsustainable methods. 

It took years of trial and error, along with learning about proper training and nutrition, to find a healthy balance and truly understand what my body needed. This journey taught me the value of building sustainable habits and adopting approaches tailored to individual lifestyles and goals.


My passion for fitness and helping others led me to become a personal trainer. I have a Level 4 qualification specialising in Nutrition, Obesity, and Diabetes. As well as a BSc in Sports and Exercise Psychology

  • How do I receive the program?

    Your program is available through our website on the members area section after you have purchased. Choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and we will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason we have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annually. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from our team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to us that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    We recomend to purchase our Fitable workout system you can use this anywhere. Or you can use a set of weights/dumbbells for the home workout.


     You would need to select Fitable Workout or home only on the set up form. 

  • Refunds and returns.

    We recommend the Fitable Workout System, a portable and convenient option that you can use anywhere. If you prefer, we can also create a gym or home-based program using dumbbells to suit your needs.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
